At Financially Independent Teachers, it is our goal to get a copy of "The FIT Position; A Framework for Financial Success" into the hands of every teacher in North Carolina and across the nation. Currently, we've had businesses across five North Carolina counties sponsor 35 schools, with every teacher at each school receiving a copy. We look forward to partnering with teachers and local businesses to give teachers the basic financial education every teacher deserves.
The FIT Position is a book written by teachers FOR teachers. We are partnering with local businesses to make this happen. The FIT Position encompasses the lessons learned from teachers all over the country who are winning with money. On the show, we have interviewed a variety of guests who have been able to achieve financial independence, even on an educator's salary. The foreword to the FIT POSITION is written by "The Godfather of Financial Independence" and Author of The Simple Path to Wealth, JL Collins. Collins states "this book is written by two teachers who have spent countless hours interviewing other teachers who have rejected the conventional and embraced the path to wealth. In these pages, they show you how it's done, how you can join them, and how being a teacher makes you uniquely suited to do it."
